We are currently hiring Sales Consultants required to handle inbound and outbound calls from residential customers, providing product information, service information and creating new customer accounts.

As a good communicator, the Sales Consultant is effective at building positive rapport with different types of customers, analysing supplied information to offer tailored solutions for customers.

The Hiring process is for multiple campaigns however all are associated with energy sector specific to Electricity &Gas.

Our Clients have competitive products in the energy market and hence presents a great benefit for customers to switchover.
Our desired candidate would be someone who can be consultative to the customer and explain products in a friendly manner
