What will you achieve?
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will recruit new high-quality Service Pros including cleaners and gardeners into the UrbanYou network, and see their journey through from first contact to onboarding to performing their first jobs through the platform.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Generating leads for new Service Pros and recruit them into the UrbanYou network via outbound phone, in accordance with agreed targets and KPIs.
• Moving new recruits through the application, verification & on-boarding process.
• Relationship manage Service Pros through their first successful services with UrbanYou.
• Liaising with our Customer Happiness Team to ensure you are targeting the right number of Service Pros for booked services.
• Maintain quality data in our CRM for timely, accurate reporting.

What will help you succeed?
• A reputation for being an ethical hunter and an intense drive to succeed.
• Strong sales skills and a track record of customer acquisition success.
• Must be comfortable performing outbound sales calls daily.
• An extreme sense of urgency, resilience, and high attention to detail.
• High levels of initiative and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced and changing environment.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience working within trade & blue-collar environments is highly desirable.
