Junior Assistant – Sales / Customer Service

No experience needed! This is the perfect entry level / junior role for an individual looking to join a successful Sales / Customer Service team. If you are hungry, ambitious and serious about taking the next step in your career we are the perfect fit!

This is a dynamic, varied and busy role - you will be involved in all aspects of our sales processes, from the set up of the retail event site, to engaging in customer service throughout Sydney's Business District, to advertising and brand awareness campaigns, to new customer acquisitions.

Working at our events and various business locations, we are looking for you to add a personal touch to every interaction we have with a potential new customer by explaining products / services on behalf of the company and assisting throughout the entire sales process.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be outgoing, chatty, communicate well and have drive and ambition. We are looking for people to grow and advance with us, this means we are looking for top talent to take on new roles in team leading and management throughout 2016.

Requirements:
• No previous events, advertising or sales experience is required however, applicants will need 6+ months work experience (any industry).
• Full time availability is preferred.
• Over 18 years of age
• You will need to be self motivated as you will be working unsupervised a lot of the time
• Professional appearance

Responsibilities:
• Attending event and business locations throughout Sydney on behalf of our client portfolio
• Meeting and interacting with consumers face to face a daily basis
• Encouraging sales, generating new customers
• Feedback and development of promotion and sales practices
• Increasing brand awareness in a professional manner
• Working as part of a team alongside enthusiastic, young-minded people
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets - allowing for financial freedom
• Setting up and developing retail events at local locations
