Summer has arrived, however, I must advise that our climate here in the mountains of Tasmania can remain volatile and highly changeable, with conditions at times resembling that of winter. If you are not comfortable in a cool climate, or come from warm/hot humid climates, this position is not suitable for you.
Eslin Sustainable Living & Learning Centre; at Solutions for Sustainable Living, Moina (near Cradle Mountain) Tasmania, offers an opportunity for your consideration.
My offer is for those who would want to have a woofing type exchange, for a limited number of working hours. Accommodation, food and meals are covered and inclusive as part of any arrangement we might make.
This place is more suited for people looking for a different experience. There is much to learn for those who have an interest in the esoteric and the mysteries of life. There is amazing country to explore, with the last great expanse of temperate rainforest left in the world. There is much that can be learned about sustainable living, natural environment, organic food growing systems, building project, living simply and living with Animals, tree growing.
Please contact me for any requests, suggestions or questions you may have. I would hope that this place would be a welcome stop on your adventure and life journey, as it has been for many others. Please include in your application your reasons for wanting a stay at Eslin Sustainable Living and Learning Centre. Internet Wi-Fi access is available daily.
Note; NO SECOND YEAR VISA EXTENSION
Please Note: That the climate can be cool through the day and at night, and with high winds at times. Applicants should be physically fit and able to work in a mountainous environment.
