We operate a cafe at Dennes Point overlooking the
D entrecasteaux channel on the northern tip of Bruny Island.
We are dedicated to serving fresh, local, seasonal and sustainable produce within an ethical business model.
Specifically we are seeking applicants with the following skills.
We are looking for an energetic and well organised chef to help with running a small kitchen team through the coming season. We have a small well equipped kitchen, a large outdoor offset smoker and soon to be built wood oven. So a good opportunity to gain experience cooking with fire and smoke. You will be well supported by the cafe owners.
Barrista/Front of house manager
No pour overs, cold extractions, or vanilla frappecinos here, just really good coffee, local farm milk ,teamwork and a friendly disposition.
You will be able to manage the day to day running of the cafe.
You will be well supported by the owners.
Accommodation can be negotiated within walking distance of the cafe.
Remuneration will be negotiated considering relevant skills and experience.
