Customer Service / Inbound Telesales

What we are looking for:
•Someone who can hit the ground running with an already successful program
•Great sales/customer service understanding
•Excellent at winning over clients within a short conversation
•Fast and efficient at managing a high volume of warm calls and email bookings
•Someone with great attention to detail
•Great rapport builder, communicator and able to deal with pressure
•Experience in this role or similar is a must
•38 hours per week – flexible according to increased responsibility
