We offering a lovely lodging for travellers 10 km to CBD and all public transport at our doors. There are also 3 large shopping strips only a short stroll away from the lodge.
Our lodge has all of the good short term accommodation facilities. We always have a variety of travellers staying at the lodge throughout the year and provide a good base for social interaction and experiencing Melbourne culture.
We can give you all of the information about travel and culture, work possibilities, shopping strips, cultural events. All you have to do is ask.
I am passionate about art, architecture and incooperate years of research into creative processes. I enjoy teaching those who want to learn Renaissance interior design and practical house remodelling skills. My wish is to promote appreciation of various styles of interior design and also of Australian lifestyle. I am totally in love with Melbourne, giving a taste of it to new comers is such a gift!
I try to ensure that helpers have a lot of free time and also enjoy their stay at my hostel. There is a garden for relaxing, socialising.
I was born in Ukraine and speak and write fluently. Any helper is welcome to learn!
The lodge has kitchen,gardens, 5 small bathrooms, comfortable family room and dorm bedrooms. We must specify that all of our accommodation is shared, we don't have private rooms.
At times helpers assist with different tasks at the hostel or just give a helping hand at my Renaissance style home I have been decorating. At times assistance will be required at other properties in close proximity to the hostel, I may pick up and drive you there. Helpful people, who want to experience Melbourne culture, stay with other like minded travellers and experience life near Melbourne beaches and happy to help are welcome. You can stay short term and enjoy our hospitality. I will try to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

We offer
21 hrs per week help in exchange for free accommodation and can provide lunch if asked. Flexible on how hours are worked.
We would love to learn about your home culture as well and your travel experiences. We believe that we can offer you a great experience in our part of town and at the lodge. We don't decline anyone unless totally booked out and aim to offer everyone a helping hand.
