Data Entry Clerk

We’re currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Candidate must be perform various administrative and clerical duties with heavy focus on data entry, administrative duties and office related issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage & update database records with current business information
- Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer
- Perform admin duties such as Data entry and sorting of documents
- Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard
- Entering data and performing database activities

To apply for this role you must have the following skills:

- Strong Microsoft excel skills and a fast and accurate typing speeds
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly phone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to multi task
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly motivated with a positive “can do“ attitude
