Short Term Handy Person Required In Aboriginal Town
Rivera Wilcannia, New South Wales
Job Description
I am a Spanish woman living in Wilcannia, the outback of NSW, with daily public transport between Sydney and Broken Hill. The people here are friendly and the town is picturesque.
After 11 years I'm going overseas and want some help to get my house ready for selling. I have a spare room with a queen size bed hence a couple can share it as well as providing meals in exchange for help. There'll be a variety of jobs, but priority will be given given to a handy person. I also need help sorting boxes, gardening or walking the dog.
Single or couple, non-smoker and vegetarian.
You'll have an opportunity to connect with Aboriginal people and lots of time for yourself if that is what you are looking for.
Vacancy from the 15th October to 3rd Nov for a minimum of a week. Be adventurous!
