Mr Truck Driver

Lucas AVS is a well respected delivery and installation (whitegoods and electrical) company servicing all suburbs from the Sunshine Coast down to the Gold Coast. We are seeking people who have a strong safety focus and are able to work in a safe manner. This role requires people who have strong work ethics and the ability to work under pressure. To be successful in this role, experience in a driving role will be advantageous, however someone with the right attitude would be considered. The role requires a good attitude and exemplary customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to follow direction, use their initiative and be physically fit with the ability to lift 50kgs.

Proven experience in a similar role - especially with multi-drop deliveries
Ability to fill out forms and notes on delivery dockets clearly and legibly
Must be able to perform duties that require heavy lifting
Tidy presentation with exceptional level of customer service skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adhere to company's policies & procedures
A team player who contributes to the success of the team by providing support to others.
Additionally, a current manual drivers licence would be essential, and holding a MR or HC licence would be highly beneficial.
You also need to have your own steel capped boots and be able to provide us with two contactable referees that must be previous manager/supervisor.
This is a casual On-Call role - high performing individuals will be rewarded with more regular shifts. Full time positions will be considered in the future.
