Essential Criteria:

- Minimum Certificate 3 in Early Childhood and care
- Must have Working with Children's check for paid work;
- Must have some experience working with children;
- Strong communication skills are essential;
- A good understanding of early childhood education and care;
- Reliability and a degree of flexibility is required;
- 100 points of ID
