Econnect Solar are a new start up company based just outside of Byron Bay. We specialise in residential and commercial solar installations across the East Coast of Australia. In just a year and a half we have expanded to 3 different office locations, with a team of over 60 staff & growing.
Now we are looking for new talent to work within the sales office on a full-time position. You will be given all the training, development and guidance needed to succeed within the solar industry.
This includes, qualifying skills to identify potential customers who are eligible for a solar installation & gaining a clear understanding of our products & how solar works & benefits our customers.
Your role will be to generate leads by making outbound calls, explaining to home owners about our community program & what we are offering, with your objective to book a face-to-face consultation with one of our solar specialists.
This role requires no sales over the phone or taking of any money. Your job will be to assess if the home owner qualifies for the campaign we are running, build rapport and give clear information on us as company.
If they meet all the criteria then you would set a face-to-face appointment with one of our solar consultants.
You do not have to have previous experience. What we are looking for is talent that we can train & nurture to identify people we can develop to progress with us as a company. The attributes that we look for are people who set goals, enjoy working towards progression & achievement & also financially motivated to go above and beyond. If you become successful in this role, produce results on a consistent basis & become a valuable member of the team, then in time you will be progressed into a solar consultant position when ready.
We offer a base salary of $650+super & $300 for any appointment that you set that sells + daily/weekly incentives on top.
