Busy seaside town in Rgional SA looking for a experienced chef/ cook to work in the premier seafood restaurant in the area. 1802 Oyster Bar, Coffin Bay is an award winning restaurant in the heart of the oyster capital of Australia.

Coffin Bay is a township only 30 mins drive from Port Lincoln, the major seafood tourism centre in South Australia, and only a 40 minute flight from Adelaide.

This role is supporting the Head Chef and his kitchen staff as Sous Chef. You will need the ability to run the kitchen on the Chef’s days off and support the development of the areas best menus.

A minimum of 3 months is required with longer term and further sponsorship available to the right candidate.
