Title: Customer Service Manager
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 PLUS superannuation
Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Manager to build, develop and provide feedback to team members and improve the donor experience. This is a full time role and will be based in Sydney however will require travel.
Developing and reviewing procedures and programmes to assist with fundraising services and strategic plans to increase company growth
Managing teams are working as efficient as possible
Leading and coaching on delivery of KPIs and targets
Developing outstanding customer service and procedures to increase donor satisfaction wherever possible
Holding our values to a high standard, encouraging diversity and a team culture
Liaising with recruitment Manager to achieve recruitment targets
Reporting to National Manager/Director
3 Years in a similar role
1 Year in a Face to Face Sales role
1 Year in a Fundraising Role
