Aegis is currently recruiting for Service and Sales consultants for our newest Energy campaign. In this Service and Sales Consultant position your focus will be on answering customer enquiries and working towards daily sales targets. Acting as the face of the company, you will provide a professional, efficient service; taking ownership to achieve positive outcomes.Typical calls include providing information on the products and services, benefits and operation of the company, billing issues, general membership services and sales enquiries.

Start date: Monday, 11th of February 2019
Melbourne CBD, close to public transport
Rotating Roster – 8:00am till 6:00pm Monday to Friday
35 Paid hours per week
12 month Fixed Term contract: $22.04 per hour plus superannuation plus leave entitlements (pro rata)
5 days paid class room training

What we are looking for:

Previous customer service and sales experience in call centre, hospitality or retail
Energy sales experience highly regarded
Strong ability to resolve customer issues
Robust verbal & written communication skills
High attention to detail
A true passion for providing exceptional customer service
