As part of the Customer Service department you will be handling a range of customer enquiries over the phone and a providing exceptional customer service and care when handling, answering and resolving enquiries.
Calls will be of a financial nature and we require the utmost professionalism when handling enquiries, always ensuring to gain a thorough understanding of the customers situation and constantly looking at the bigger picture in aim to leave the customer in a positive position for the future.
The role will offer you a great opportunity to develop and expand your skill set as our client provides full training as well as ongoing support to all employees.
Working rotational shifts between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and NO WEEKENDS.
Offering a total of 35 hours per week. Shifts will be given 12 weeks in advance.
This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity with lots of progression and development available.

Previous experience working within a customer focused environment.
Exceptional and confident communication skills both written and verbal.
The right attitude and the willingness to learn new skills as well as develop your existing skill set.
Confidence when making informed decisions.
The ability to follow company processes and procedures.
Strong computer skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to targets or deadlines.
