  • Exciting opportunity to work for a project consultancy company on an account for one of Australia leading education provider across multiple building relocation projects **

A boutique consultancy specialising in organisations relocation project management is seeking a suitably experienced Project Administrator / Team Assistant to work within with a leading education provider across several projects.

As a key member of our team, the role will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following key tasks:

*Support the Project Management team and take responsibility for the administration tasks across all projects *Coordination of tender application and submissions *Preparing documents for contractors and processing invoices *Audit and data management *Effective time management *Diary management, coordinate meetings, meeting minutes

To be considered for this position, successful applicants will have: *Professional approach and appearance  *Customer Focus Service *Exceptional communication skills and a good team player *Ability to work under pressure and balance competing priorities and deadlines *Quick, correct worker with proven multi tasking ability and a really great ‘Can-Do’ attitude *Healthcare / Medical / Lab experience desirable yet not essential *Super administration skills *Ability to work full time on site and on weekends when required  *Demonstrated  ability to master processed and application quickly

The candidate will possess the following skills and experience;

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Advanced MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and other programs such as PDF editors / Microsoft 365 / MS Project or Smart Sheets / Google Forms *Strong report writing and grammatical skills *Ability to format and make documents look great- a great design sense *Sound knowledge of scheduling and programming *Sound grammar and report writing skills *The right to work in Australia for more than 6 months
