Conduct private and group tasting, tours and host visitors as required.

Assist with the promotion and coordination of coach group bookings, and actively encourage drivers and coach companies to book in advance.

Maintain a working knowledge of the wine portfolio for both All Saints Estate and
St Leonards Vineyard.

Ensure that administration aspects of the job e.g. accurate operation of the computer, daily recording and reconciliation of Cellar Door takings and stock, and other record keeping are carried out effectively and accurately.

Assist in the daily routines associated with the area, e.g. moving stock, wrapping resale items, regularly cleaning spittoons etc.

Present yourself in the required dress code whenever representing PRBFV.

As required participate in tasting/exhibitions/dinners throughout the year.

Maintain constant communication between staff and the Cellar Door Manager on sales trends, problems or upcoming events affecting the Estate.

Relieve and assist in other Front of House activities when particularly busy.
