Would you like to take part in a research study that involves driving around a track?
We are currently seeking healthy participants to take part in a study investigating driving while drowsy
What will the project involve?
• 4 afternoon driving sessions approximately 1 week apart, three drowsy and one alert
• Staying awake all night at our Be Active Sleep and Eat (BASE) facility in Notting Hill
• Sleep and activity monitoring at home for four weeks
• Screening for medical, psychiatric and sleep disorders
You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:
Male or Female
Age 20 to 35
Healthy sleeper
No current medical or mental illness
No hormonal contraception
Held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Drive regularly
Participants will be reimbursed up to $900 for their time.
