Ticketed And Skilled Casual Labourers

We have a number of long and short term casual on-site positions available for IMMEDIATE start.

We are seeking experienced Construction labourers based out of our Sydney Head Office in Toongabbie to work on some of NSW’s biggest projects re-shaping Sydney & Sydney’s Greater West.

On-site construction experience is essential as we require candidates that are familiar with being on site and can hit the ground running. You will be physically fit as these are hands on roles requiring heavy lifting, repetitive work, helping trades on site.

BASIC DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Civil labouring on numerous construction sites around Sydney
Assist with hoarding, acoustic noise wall, fencing & gate installations + all associated works
Use of hand & power tools
Basic soil post hole excavation, boundary line dig back, leveling & back filling as required
Removal of existing fencing, vegetation and clearing of lines as required
Manual Labour
Assist with all facets of Installation works
Heavy lifting required
Work with minimal supervision at a fast pace

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS:
A positive ‘can do’ attitude
Must have full working rights in Australia
Must have Construction Industry Card (White/Red)
Minimum of 6 months experience on Civil and Construction Sites
Full PPE - safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, hard hat etc...
Own reliable transport to get to site is essential
Must have Current valid driver's licence
Must be physically fit, healthy and active, able to lift 25kg repetitively
A Commitment to safety and demonstrated ability to work within all WHS requirements
Ability to work as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure whilst maintaining safety at all times
Strong Work Ethic
Reliable, dependable and committed
Able to commence work immediately
Able to commit to ongoing work
Available at short notice
Available from 6am - 6pm and accept overtime should it be offered
Ability to commit to 7-10 days straight at short notice is also a pre-requisite
Experience with timber hoarding & chainwire desirable
Working at Heights training (RIIOHS204A) (an advantage but not essential)
Confined Space (an advantage but not essential)
Hoist (an advantage but not essential)
Manitou (an advantage but not essential)
Forklift LF (an advantage but not essential)
Elevated work platform (SL, BL, VL) (an advantage but not essential)
Skid steer (an advantage but not essential)
Welding experience (an advantage but not essential)
HC / HR Licence (an advantage but not essential)
Hiab (an advantage but not essential)

Various pay rates depending on skills and tickets.
