Our brand new a la carte restaurant is opening soon in Randwick. We are looking for dynamic hospitality professionals to join our new team and provide excellent customer service.

Setting and cleaning tables and service areas
Provide exceptional customer service
Detailed explanation for the food and beverages to customers
Monday – Friday position with flexible shifts
Minimum 2-years a la carte experience in five star hotels, premium dining or high end conference venues
Extensive knowledge of restaurant Order of Service
Passion and a wide-ranging knowledge of the food and beverage offering
Well presented with high quality service standards
Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
Exceptional communication skills
A team player that can commit to delivering the best possible experience
Hold a valid RSA
Have or willing to obtain a Police Background Check
Full Australian working rights and be available to work a minimum of 12 months
Be available to start on the 29th April
