We are a team of consulting project managers who specialise in helping firms declutter and go into paperless environments.
The role is full time until Mid August, decluttering a large organisation with 1000+ staff.
The location is 3 sites in Sydney –
1 – CBD
2 – Hurstville (south)
3- Parramatta (west)
All sites are near to a train station and you will work at all three every week (one day here, one day there)
Role includes; *Speaking to staff to determine what they can de-clutter *liaising with the bins company and contractors to remove unwanted items and paper bins *following a program developed by our staff to ensure staff are hitting their targets for clean up *documenting the progress *weekly reporting *re- auditing the amount of storage
The successful applicant will be 100% fluent in English, be professionally presented and capable in MS software packages.
