The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a prestigious organisation based in the Inner Eastern Suburbs on a 6-month temporary basis starting ASAP.
This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive & friendly finance team within a well-respected organisation on a long-term temporary basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
Daily coding, matching and processing of invoices
Gaining the appropriate approval of invoices from Management
Managing the Accounts Payable email inbox
Supplier statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers, resolving queries
Your Profile
To be successful, you will be an immediately available Accounts Administrator / AP Officer who is able to hit the ground running and assist the Finance Team during their busy period. Excellent attention to detail & accuracy coupled with the ability to pick up new system and process quickly is essential.
