We are RevenueBuilder—a specialist B2B sales strategy, coaching and consulting firm in Sydney.
We are seeking a very assertive, energetic and pro-active inside sales professionals to work directly with me - the founder and managing director. To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years experience specifically selling in a B2B environment. You should be keen to learn and make a great career in sales for the future.
We have all the right systems in place to make this a seamless experience day to day, and you will be trained in how to pitch each different product or service. Your sales activities are all based on outbound cold calls by telephone and videoconferencing.
Primarily, the focus is on reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, pitching them the benefits and features, and generating interest.
You will be given the list of leads to contact. Most leads have already been sent a brochure and letter, or a series of nurture emails. The goal is to create awareness, get them interested in what we're selling and set appointments for me to attend either at their office or ours.
Your experience in intelligent B2B selling and your track record in making a high volume of outbound cold calls each day is what will help you do well in this role.
Tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
Use the contact report supplied to you in your CRM as your allocated daily call list;
Make outbound cold calls each day and source new leads;
Achieve a solid conversion rate to "Sales Qualified Lead" (SQL) status (you receive a qualification checklist and training on how to define a SQL with clear details);
Log sales calls, conversation rates and activities into the Salesforce CRM;
Use the sales call scripts we provide you until you're comfortable with your own personalised pitch;
Conduct conversations with the correct decision-makers;
Uncover new leads and opportunities in your sales territories;
Liaise with our marketing coordinator to get updated lists and improve LinkedIn activity;
Write follow-up emails and sales letters to relevant leads;
Monitor the lead's progress and schedule follow-up call times;
You will be trained and coached by me;
We take a strategic and intelligent approach to how we work, so you'll learn a lot about sales and marketing strategies and you will be a valued member of our little team.
The salary and bonus package is:
$70,000 base salary;
Plus another $10,000 per year in bonuses, paid monthly;
Standard superannuation at 9.5% of your salary.
The role is casual, meaning that it can be flexed to suit your days and even hours.
