Reporting to the Sous Chef, the successful candidate will be experienced in operating within both Bistro and a la Carte restaurant environments. Experience with breakfast, grill and banqueting would be beneficial, along with experience in high volume outlets. To be successful in this role, you will have:

-A commercial cookery qualification, previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment for at least 3 years post apprenticeship.
-Experience providing quality food and presentation of all dishes
-Knowledge of OSH and food safety policies and procedures
-Relevant food preparation and service knowledge
-The ability to work as part of a disciplined team, think on your feet and bring new ideas
-The ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills
