Job Description
Montara Wines are currently seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality couple to service the day to day runnings of our beautiful cellar door
Montara Wines is located 2hrs out of Melbourne in the Grampians Wine region.
This is a customer focused role that requires excellent wine knowledge and communication skills.
Required attributes & skills:
Previous cellar door or hospitality experience
Excellent attention to detail
Eagerness and ability to learn
Responsible, trustworthy
Physically fit with a positive attitude
Cellar Door supplier management
Cellar Door operations/maintenance coordination
Coordinating Tour groups
Facilitate and conduct wine tastings
Work with Sales and Marketing Manager to improve Cellar Door look and sales
Planning for wine events, Sunday music sessions, weddings, and private functions
Wine club coordination and driving membership growth
Current RSA
Visa with a minium of 5 months
You will be required to work
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 11am - 4pm
1st Friday of every month 11am - 10pm
