Job Description
Tea Gardens Hotel is looking for bar tenders to work for the Summer (December 2019 - February 2020). During the Summer season our little town of 4000 people quadruples in size and we need staff to handle the extra patronage. A heavy beer and wine drinking venue, staff will be expected to work quickly behind the bar. You will also need to be proficient in gaming (pokies, TAB, keno). On extra busy days when the bistro is busy, you may be expected to assist in clearing tables and helping the kitchen. Seasonal staff can expect to work up to 38 hours per week. For this role you will need your RSA and RCG.
Our hotel is located on the Myall River waterfront, and just a few short kilometres to Bennetts and Jimmy's beaches, as well as multiple camp grounds. The natural environment is perfect for those working holiday makers who enjoy the beach, water sports, and hiking.
