Job Description
Tea Gardens Hotel is looking for chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands to work for the tourist season (October 2019 - April 2020). During the Spring/Summer season our little town of 4000 people quadruples in size and we need staff to handle the extra patronage. We are a traditional pub, open for lunch and dinner every day and can do between 300 - 600 covers for each service. The kitchen role is split shift (lunch and dinner). Seasonal staff can expect to work up to 38 hours per week.
Our hotel is located on the Myall River waterfront, and just a few short kilometres to Bennetts and Jimmy's beaches, as well as multiple camp grounds. The natural environment is perfect for those working holiday makers who enjoy the beach, water sports, and the outdoors in general.
