You will be responsible for;
•Daily order processing, quote creation, invoice enquiries and any other first point requests
•Maintain and promote a high standard of quality customer service including timely response of any enquiries
•Regular communication and sharing of knowledge with the relevant stakeholders
•Manage and prioritise monthly and periodic tasks and align with customer agreements, and sales opportunities
•Regular involvement with Account Manager’s to discuss opportunities and solutions for site level issues
