$65,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing seasonal menus
Facilitating Cocktail Masterclasses
Leading a team and spearheading employee training and coaching development of your staff
Running operations across all three levels of the venue
Key Requirements:
Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure bar environment
Enjoy team building and staff development
Have a passion for providing exceptional guest experience and operations
