Iron man could jump out of a plane whilst driving a car and texting Pepper Potts but that is nothing compared to the multi-tasking required for this role.

As a Kitchen Steward Extraordinaire you need to be able to laser remove crusty remnants from numerous pots and pans, assist the chefs in food preparation and then quickly jump back to the scullery to put through the cutlery for the F & B team to polish.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to assist in the operation of our busy kitchen.

Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be an integral part of the operation with a focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen.

We are seeking people who are passionate about the hospitality industry, are able to satisfy our guests by turning the ordinary into extraordinary and someone who enjoys a fun working environment. To be successful in this position you must be able to work a rotating roster that may include early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
