We are seeking an office admin recruitment resourcer for an immediate start

Warehouse style open plan office in the fashion hub of alexandria
In this varied role you will be responsible for answering the phone, meeting and greeting, front of house duties, candidate screening and sourcing candidates for permanent positions along with providing administrative recruitment support. The candidates are all within the fashion sector. If you have a passion for fashion, this is an amazing role for you!
Some of the day to day tasks:
Speaking on the phone to candidates and building rapport
Screening all candidates for relevancy
Creating a talent pool of candidates for immediate and up coming job vacancies
Recruitment administration, updating the database and the relevant internal system
What are we looking for?
Superb organisation skills, confidence, efficiency, resilience and a sense of FUN!
Exceptional written communication skills as well as a natural flair for sales
Strong administration skills with a high level of computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail - ability to check your own work
Must be able to prioritise your work load, and handle a fast paced working environment.
Previous office admin experience in a recruitment agency
