If you are an experienced Campaign Manager or have previous experience as a Sales Lead, come and lead our passionate group of face to face fundraisers in Sydney's best shopping centers and private site locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Campaign Manager who is looking to advance their sales career. Black Classic has a genuine commitment to staff development, you will have industry leading ongoing training and will also get a great understanding of back end charity systems facilitated by leaders in the industry.

Your Role:

Drive performance of the Sydney face to face shopping centers and private sites team to achieve their fundraising objectives and targets
Coach
Manage and motivate team members
Provide daily training and coaching to the team
Weekly team meetings
Experience & Skills:

Experience leading a fundraising or sales team
Proven track record exceeding sales/fundraising targets
Experience delivering training and coaching to fundraisers
