*FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS *CLOSE TO TOWN HALL STATION *COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE + SUPERANNUATION *BE PAID WEEKLY *6 WEEK ASSIGNMENT (STARTS 19 AUGUST)

A small Charted Accountancy practice is needing a reliable and enthusiastic admin assistant/receptionist to assist them with general office and reception duties for 6 weeks.

Duties include; – Answering and directing calls – taking messages – General admin and typing – Meeting and greeting clients – Filing and archiving – Post, banking and deliveries – general kitchen and office upkeep – basic accounts work (training provided)

You must have some recent corporate office experience, excellent communication skills, be quick on the uptake and have a willingness to learn. You will have a good attitude and a sunny disposition.
