Painter Handy Person

I would like a careful clever person to help me paint and do minor repairs to my home.
In return I can offer lovely self contained accommodation until the job is complete, as well as a generous wage. Would consider a couple and willing to extend the rental until you find somewhere to live
You need to be able to paint as my skills are limited, sand and clean up.
Everything will be white so no cutting in required but I do need someone who has some painting experience and can stand on a ladder.
Food can be included, although I am surrounded by bars and cafes gyms and the train station is a few minutes walk
Would really suit a new arrival and I would help you get established
