Startup Recruitment agency based in Melbourne, servicing clients on a national scale.
Recruiting perm roles across the following industries;
- Building / Construction
- Civil
- Building Materials
- Freight / Logistics
We recruit anything from general labourers to CEO's across the above-mentioned industries. We are looking to bring on an experienced Business Development Manager in a COMMISSION ONLY role! You will be tasked to create lists that comprise of companies, that fall within the selected industries and hunt new business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a home office set up
- Will have own phone and laptop/PC
- Will have previous BDM experience
- Will be able to work in an autonomous role
- Have prior recruitment experience (not essential)
- Have great communication skills, both written and oral
- Must have 1 years experience in Australia
As this is a COMMISSION ONLY ROLE, you will be rewarded anywhere between $100 - $2000 per successful placement. This position will lead to an annual salary - OTE $120k
