Internal Sales Admin $35 P/h - 2 Month Role Starting Mon 9 May

We are seeking an Internal Sales Administrator with excellent communication and computer skills to join our business for a 2 month period. Based in Collingwood, we are seeking an energetic, vibrant and experienced person with a can do attitude to join us starting Mon 9 May. Hours of work will be 9am - 5pm including a 30 min paid lunch break.

Your duties will include:
- Generating client quotes
- Answering reception line and responding to email enquires from customers
- Project data entry
- Working with Sales team to assist on fulfilment of projects
- Booking couriers
- Helping to host guests to the office
- Other duties as requested

We are an innovative and boutique lighting business within the architectural lighting industry distributing a range of products, including one of the world’s leading lighting brands, to the specification market across southern Australia.


You will be required to work closely with our internal team, and must strong communication skills and great interpersonal skills. Experience in a similar role highly desirable.
