Job Description
We are cleaning services business and looking for casual staff to work as a customer service and admin support.
Your duties will include:
1. Provide cleaning quote to customer over the phone, email and text.
2. Document all calls, email activities for record purposes.
3. Follow up with customers on the quote and requirements.
4. Responding to customer queries on email, phone and social media
5. In spare time, cold calling to leads to set appointment for meeting.
You will be provided a laptop to work on, with a wireless headset to answer and make calls.
Duties and responsibilities will evolve over time, so you need to be flexible with that.
