This global reinsurance company, headquartered in Europe, has been in existence for hundreds of years. They provide reinsurance, corporate services and capital to businesses all over the world. You will be the team lead of a small team of call reviewers who will be reviewing insurance sales calls made to customers. While reviewing these calls the reviewers will be looking for the following:
Identifying for vulnerable customers
This role will require a candidate who has previous experience in call review/ quality assurance in a call centre environment. You will be able to quickly analyse calls and be able to set out criteria for when the sale agents break policy and procedure.
As this role requires a strict level of confidentiality previous experience in a highly confidential environment is highly regarded.
What you will get:
You will have the flexibility of a 5 month contract so long term commitment is not required. A fantastic hourly rate of up to $32.50 + super. You will be working for one of the biggest names in reinsurance so will be able to put a fantastic brand on your CV.
