Someone passionate about seafood and keen to put their extensive training and skills who is keen to learn from and assist our Head Chef.
Must love seafood and be keen to work with an abundance of fresh local produce that is available to the area.
As part of a small team you will need to roll up your sleeves and be willing to work in all parts of the kitchen.
