Job Description
Positions available at Ryder’s Horse Riding Tours. Ryder’s has been in operation for over ten years and has taken many locals and tourists from around the world on horse riding adventures through the Bunyip State Park, south east of Melbourne. We also offer horse riding lessons and pony rides at events and run a horse auction monthly.
We are looking for volunteers over our busy summer/autumn period to assist in the day to day running of our operation. We cannot offer second–year visas. Work is five days a weeks in return for board and accommodation.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Helping with our guided tours
Feeding and grooming
General maintenance
Fencing
Construction work
Horse care/handling
Household duties
Weed control
Odd jobs
Accommodation alternates between the owner’s residence and our rustic bungalow. Food and wi-fi are also supplied.
