Cooks / Front Of House & Bar - Huskisson, South Coast

Very busy Japanese Restaurant situated in Huskisson NSW South Coast is looking for experienced chef's / cooks experienced on a grill or deep fryer section in a restaurant. Your role will be to assist in general cooking, deep fryer work daily. We trade 5 days per week so you will also have full days off according to your roster. We also require experienced bar staff and waiters / waitresses.

Experience in a fast paced restaurant is essential. Your backdrop are the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of Australia. You will have plenty of free time during the days to visit the beaches and surrounding areas for whale watching, dolphin cruises, hiking, surfing and camping. We are a professional team and will only consider applicants with like minded attitude and experience.

We have roles available in Grill & Fryer, and section of the kitchen as well as Waiter and Bar Attendant roles for the Front of House. These roles could be on going for the Spring / Summer months and beyond.

Accomodation is not supplied so ideally you have a camper van. We are surrounded by amazing national parks with stunning camping facilities. We would consider camping fees to be included in your wage package for the right people. This is a casual position but would ultimately offer close to FT hours.
