About the Position:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have an opportunity to be a key strategic contributor. Bringing your intense work ethic and desire to make an immediate impact. You will gain invaluable experience and have the chance to showcase your acquired knowledge. You will take ownership of your assigned territory by educating restaurant/cafes/bar owners on our value proposition and generating sales.
You will constantly be collaborating with your peers, Customer Sucess Managers, Sales Manager to develop a sales methodology that allows you to create awareness with your prospects, demonstrating that you are a thought leader in the restaurant technology space, so you can help restaurateurs improve their business by using the Order Up platform. This position requires the right combination of grit, curiosity and drive to help small business owners with their daily challenges.
The position is based out of our CBD office but will be highly focused on face 2 face meetings around the CBD and great Sydney metro area. We can offer Full /Part/Casual employment, you decide :)

Take ownership of your region and develop new business, via cold calling, walk-in's & email
Drive results and exceed sales targets for your region
Work in conjunction with customer success managers to drive revenues
Build & maintain strong relationships with the hospitality trade in your region, becoming the thought leader in food-tech
Work in a consultative partnership approach with hospitality partners
Identify and highlight key opportunities to develop your region and grow order volume
Passion & enthusiasm for sales
Strong negotiation skills
A desire to succeed (never give up attitude)
The ability to work autonomously & be organised
You're a natural talker, bursting with enthusiasm
Be resilient, you can't win all the time, but learn quickly and make each meeting better than the last
