If you have a customer service and sales background and want a change from selling solar and energy products?

We are on the hunt for a sales champion to join the fun, supportive and immersive sales department and drive business sales for the company! You will be responsible for:

Following up potential clients who have registered on our website progressing to take inbound enquiries
Using your knowledge of business products from our range to ensure that the customers are getting the right products.
Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer engagement to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone.
Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met
Understanding legislative and quality assurance components

Who we want?
Demonstrated background in sales in a phone-based environment
Ideally, experience in any industry
Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and maintain rapport is a must
Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
