Stable Hand / Groom ( Available Jan/feb 21)

Position is for one person ( could be couple with one having horse experience and other gardening / property work ) and preference is 4 but up to 6 month minimum ( We have a new start available now Jan 2021 ).

Private Performance Dressage barn.

Duties include:

- Feeding and general care, grooming
- 6.30am start to lunch & then afternoon feed up and rugging. Flexibility is required as horses don’t know the time.
- 11 horses, five stabled with 6-7 in work

We offer:
Salary weekly paid.
Use of a shared fully furnished cottage (shared with 1 other), full kitchen facilities, lounge area, bathroom, TV,DVD, foxtel, music and internet available.
Working between 5 ½ to six days per week.
Use of car for local travel only.
Friendly atmosphere with other local staff employed, dogs, cats etc.

Fluent English is required, previous work with horses is essential, feet, rug, feed but training will be given. We require a person who is highly motivated, organised and can multi task and work with others. Have to have equine experience.

Position does not go towards 2nd year VISA as too close to Sydney
