Call Centre Operator and Manager

We are looking for someone with call Centre Experience or Sales Experience!

We are expanding and want a hunter to help grow the team!

-Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer engagement to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone.

-Following up potential clients who have registered on our website progressing to take inbound enquiries

-Using your knowledge of business products from our range to ensure that the customers are getting the right products.

-Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met

-Understanding legislative and quality assurance components

Who we want?
Demonstrated background in sales in a phone-based environment
Ideally, experience in any industry
Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and maintain rapport is a must
Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
