As a result of continued successes and exceptional growth, Hotelstaff, Melbourne's standout hospitality labour provider are looking for an innovative and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role involves the organisation of all activities with our contacts centre, reviewing services/ processes and maintaining sound customer relations.

What are we looking for?
A proven track record in:
developing and reviewing processes that align with our service delivery KPI’s
ensuring operational efficiency and recommending changes to further enhance business improvement
assigning responsibilities to team members and then offering support and training to ensure task completion
working with department heads to ensure transperancy across business activities as well as projected future activity
What must you possess?
Ideally a university degree, advanced diploma or diploma - however 3 years of relevent industry experience will be considered same.
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills - both verbal / written
Burning desire to succeed
