Demi Pair Accommodation In Exchange For Cleaning And Babysitting

I’m Mel 39 a solo parent to Evie who is 4 and Banjo who is 7 months. We live in a 3 bedroom house just a short walk from the beach and train station. I work 3 days a week as a primary school teacher and Evie goes to childcare on those days.

Evie is an energetic and loud child. She loves being outside, bouncing on her trampoline, playing with water, going to the park and playing imaginary games.

Banjo is a happy and chilled little guy. His favourite things are food and at the moment he he loves playing with a piece of paper.

We are looking for someone organised, trustworthy, has initiative and is social to join our family. We have a very relaxed household.

I’m looking for someone to exchange a bedroom (Bills: water gas and electricity , wifi included) for weekly house cleaning and babysitting 10 hours per week. Cleaning will be approximately 2 hours per week and babysitting 8 hours.

Babysitting will be 2 sessions (one longer session for me to go out and socialise and a shorter session for me to do the grocery shopping or exercise). Babysitting will be flexible so you could still have your own job, life and time to catch up with friends.

The house is new and modern with 3 bedrooms. The bedroom has a queen bed. You could have your own bathroom although it may occasionally be used by my daughter. You’re welcome and encouraged to be social with us out in the lounge and kitchen.

We live in Chelsea which is a 1km walk/bike ride the beach and shops. The train station is a 10 minute walk and trans go into the city and to Frankston.
