Looking for: A passionate and skilled Lead Farm Hand

Want to join the HR Farming team? We have a position vacant for a fab Lead Farming Hand!
We are seeking an energetic, motivated leading hand with keen interest and experience in food and fibre production and technology.

We are a family-owned progressived, mixed farming and grazing operation north of Warren-NSW.

This is a hands-on role in a friendly team environment with great training and remuneration (including a 3-bedroom air-conditioned home close to the school bus stop).

Your role:
- Day-to-day operations and production of 13,000 Ha dryland and up to 1,200 Ha Summer (irrigated) cropping
- Supervise a small team and report to the farm manager
- Ensure environmentally responsible and sustainable management practices
- Commit to WH&S practices

Your background:
- 3+ years in cotton irrigation preferred
- Mechanically-minded
- Knowledge of Agworld, Apex and Excel software
- Strong references from previous employers with a focus on team-playing, integrity and results
