Hi, I've got an amazing spot to offer - its a 5 acre block backing on to a wildlife reserve. I've just taken on the 5 acres and am renting elsewhere. The house has been partially renovated and is ready for occupancy, although more work will be being done (on the other side of the house) in months to come. I am busy and have several projects, involving work with tractor, general maintenance type work, some garden/landscape/irrigation work, resurrecting an old outhouse (maybe a bit of carpentry?), laying a couple of concrete pads for caravans, chopping wood, fencing, painting, cleaning, cleaning up around the place type work, garden work. The property backs onto a lake that boasts a lot of wildlife, especially birdlife. The location is amazing, quiet and very safe. You can also catch fish, crabs in summer, and even see a dolphin on occasion, and will certainly have roos jumping past the back fence regularly. its only 10 mins from a great surf beach. I'm open to lots of options, but imagine having at least two people. I will furnish the house accordingly. There's kayaks you are welcome to use. It would be necessary for you to provide your own food (I'm single mum to a couple of teenagers and we would be living at a separate location so providing food is impractical), although it'd be great to catch up for a dinner at least once a week, if you'd like :) I can be very flexible with work hours and completely understand that you might want to get away for long weekends etc. The property is very close to the freeway so easy access both north and south. A great base to explore the south west if that's what you're looking for. I'm looking for around 4 hrs wk/day but as I said, it would be very flexible. Must be clean and clean living type of people, with excellent and checkable references.
